There are two ways of carrying out a foundation repair.

Piering

This will fix foundations by placing support systems underground to support the concrete. Steel pipe pilings are mostly used as they offer best support and are strong enough to remain unbent for a long time.

Slab jacking

Slab jacking involves filling the space under the concrete with a grout mixture that will go on to float the foundation and place it back in its original position.
